Bijagua Tours CR – Reservations &
Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations
- A reservation is considered confirmed
once a deposit has been received.
- Deposit amounts vary depending on the
tour and will be indicated at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance may be paid before
the tour date or on the day of the activity.
- Accepted payment methods may include bank
transfer, SINPE, PayPal, or cash.
2. Changes to Reservations
- Date or time changes may be requested
with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Changes are subject to tour availability.
- Changes requested less than 24 hours
before the tour cannot be guaranteed.
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before the tour: 100%
refund of the deposit.
- 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund
of the deposit.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour: No
refund.
- No-show (absence without notice): No
refund.
4. Weather Conditions
- Tours may operate in rain; however,
Bijagua Tours CR may cancel or reschedule any tour if conditions are unsafe.
- If the company cancels due to weather or
safety, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
5. Late Arrivals
- Tours begin on time. Late arrival may
result in a shortened experience, rescheduling, or being considered a no-show.
6. Health & Safety Requirements
- Guests must inform Bijagua Tours CR of
any medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, or special needs.
- Certain tours may not be suitable for all
participants.
- Safety guidelines from guides must be
followed at all times.
